This is an early-evening package (around 18:30), it costs EUR 30 per person* and it includes:

• Three types of pizza
• Panzanella
• Pappa pomodoro (tomato-based dish)
• Mozzarella skewers
• Seasonal fruit
• Tiramisu
• Still and sparkling water

Buffet of Tuscan aperitifs and appetizers
This is an early-evening package (around 18.30), it costs EUR 50 per person* and it includes:

• A selection of appetizers including tuna carpaccio, salmon, zucchini carpaccio, pineapple and speck, caprese skewers, bresaola rolls, truffled cherries and citrus fruits, spelt salad, canapés, Tuscan croutons, ham and melon, assorted cold cuts, smoked provola, assortments of mild and mature cheeses.

Traditional Tuscan four-course dinner
This package costs 60 EUR per person* and it includes:

• Tuscan appetizer (cheeses and cold cuts);
• Pici (a local form of pasta) with garlic sauce;
• Pork loin with apples and onions;
• Tiramisu;
• Still and sparkling water.

Modern four-course Tuscan dinner
This package costs 70 EUR per person* and includes:

• Carpaccio of Chianina;
• Pici with meat sauce or lasagne;
• Fiorentina steak served with beans and roasted potatoes;
• Tiramisu;
• Still and sparkling water.
