1. Product Availability All products are subject to availability. We strive to keep our stock updated, but in the event that a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a full refund.
2. Ordering and Payment
- Orders can be placed through our digital guest guidebook or directly with our staff.
- Full payment is required upon check-out.
- Payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or other electronic payment systems as accepted at Tenuta Golo.
3. Delivery and Collection
- Products can be collected from the reception or delivered to the Villa.
4. Product-Specific Terms
- Case of Wine: Guests must be 18 years or older to purchase wine. Valid identification may be required upon request.
- Olive Oil: Our olive oil is sold in sealed bottles. Once opened, it is non-refundable.
- Branded T-Shirts and Reusable Bags: Sizes and colors are subject to stock availability. Exchanges are possible only for unworn and unwashed items within 24 hours of purchase, subject to availability.
- Branded Wine Glasses: Sold as individual pieces or sets. Please check the items upon receipt, as we do not accept returns for breakage after collection or delivery.
- Branded Corkscrews: Functional and decorative. Returns are only accepted for defective items within 24 hours of purchase.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Due to the nature of food and beverage items, we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or damaged.
- Merchandise (t-shirts, reusable bags, wine glasses, and corkscrews) can be exchanged if unworn, unused, and in original condition within 24 hours of purchase.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
6. Liability Tenuta Golo is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects related to the consumption of our products. Please check labels for ingredient information.
7. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Italy.
